1. Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Quberu collects non‐personally‐identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Quberu’s purpose in collecting non‐personally identifying information is to better understand how Quberu’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Quberu may release non‐personally‐identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Quberu also collects potentially personally‐identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. Quberu only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally‐identifying information as described below.
2. Gathering of Personally‐Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Quberu’s websites choose to interact with Quberu in ways that require Quberu to gather personally‐identifying information, including registering for a Quberu account. The amount and type of information that Quberu gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Those who register for a Quberu account, for example, are asked to provide personally‐identifying information, including, as necessary, the personal and financial information required to process any transactions that are executed through Quberu. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally‐identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from being able to use Quberu’s services. We may use your personal information to contact you in order to keep your account up‐to‐date or in order to notify you of any changes, improvements or promotions related to our product.
We may also collect your personal information from others such as credit bureaus, public records, or other companies.
3. Protection of Certain Personally‐Identifying Information
Quberu discloses potentially personally‐identifying and personally‐identifying information only to those of its employees, service providers and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it or to provide services, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, service providers and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Quberu’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. We may also need to pass your information onto Governmental departments, Regulatory bodies, the police/law enforcement agencies or to a court of law. This would be done, for example, to meet legal requirements, to aid in the prevention of a crime, or for other lawful purposes.
If you are a registered user of Quberu’s website and have supplied your email address, Quberu will notify you by email for any account correspondence. We may also occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or to keep you up to date with Quberu and our products.
Quberu takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally‐identifying and personally‐identifying information. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files.
Quberu will not rent or sell potentially personally‐identifying and personally‐identifying information to anyone.
We may record our telephone calls with customers for security and training purposes.
